Re: Monotrete abei
I think that I would even adjust my "must have" list if I ever came across one. The browns and reds are nice and it is a good sized fish for a 100 litre tank.

Re: Monotrete abei
Hahaha yes indeed...
The coloring is very special and it's just like a little puppy by its behaviour.
Her former keepers tought she was to restless, she was always swimming against the glass.
I didn't noticed that yet.. She's very calm she just likes attention when you're busy in the room.
Have you ever seen one in real life?

Re: Monotrete abei
Loekie is even more special than I thought! I didn't realize they were so rare when she lived with me. I made the decision to keep gsp's instead of her, knowing someone else here was looking for an abei. I'm happy she lives with someone from this forum rigth now!

Re: Monotrete abei
Wow! Keep us posted!
Loekie is the only abei we know.. It would be nice if someone else had one.. Then you can compore some things..
About the species are the silus and modestus very uncommon. We can't even get nice pictures of them for our database.
